Dedicated to my Grand Father Jean FANNIERE who decided, in the fifties, to no longer sell his grape to negociants and produce its own Champagne.

The “Grand Cru” vines of Cramant village used at the time are always used to produce this vintage and are all aged more than 60 years.

The Sugar proportioning (dosage) is “extra Brut” (only3 gr/L of sugar) and makes it possible to express all of the minerality and smoothness of the Cramant soils, after 5 years of ageing in the bottle.

To enjoy with oysters, fish or even as an aperitive.
